1. Order Processing

3. Product Availability

In the event a product is out of stock after payment, we will notify you promptly to arrange for a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
1. Return Eligibility
We take pride in providing quality products. Returns are only accepted if:
You received the wrong item,
The item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or
The item is expired upon delivery (for food items).
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or partially used food products.
2. Return Procedure
Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp.
Provide order number, product name, photo(s), and a short description of the issue.
Once approved, please return the product in its original packaging within 7 days.
3. Refund Options
Refunds will be made via your original payment method or store credit within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange (same value), we will ship the replacement once the returned product is received and verified.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
