Aurora Bakes Sdn Bhd was founded on a simple belief: good bakes should make you feel good too. We don’t just bake to fill jars and gift boxes—we bake to care for modern, health-conscious families who still love the taste of classic Nanyang-style cookies and festive treats.

To keep that promise, we focus on three things:

  1. Honest ingredients – We cook our jams from fresh fruits, not artificial flavouring. We choose pure butter, premium-grade tree nuts, and quality flour so the flavour is naturally rich.

  2. Healthier creations – We know not everyone can take the same level of sugar or gluten, so we developed a special range of:

Quality Policy

We are committed to:

  • Consistently delivering products that meet or exceed customer expectations, regulatory standards, and internal specifications.

  • Sourcing ingredients such as fresh fruit for jams, pure butter, and premium-grade nuts only from approved suppliers, supported by rigorous documentation and incoming quality checks.

  • Upholding strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and process controls to ensure uniformity in taste, texture, and presentation.

Food Safety Policy

We pledge to:

  • Implement and continually enhance a HACCP-based Food Safety Management System aligned with ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 requirements.

  • Proactively identify hazards, assess risks, and maintain robust prerequisite programs (PRPs), including hygiene, allergen control, pest management, foreign-body prevention, and equipment maintenance.

  • Ensure all staff receive effective, role-specific training and validate system performance through regular audits, testing, and management reviews.

  • Maintain proportionate food defense and food fraud prevention measures across our operations.

Halal Policy (Application Stage)

We will:

  • Strictly comply with MS 1500: Halal standards and JAKIM requirements.

  • Procure all ingredients from JAKIM-approved suppliers and maintain up-to-date Halal certification and documentation.

  • Appoint a dedicated Halal oversight officer or committee and provide ongoing Halal awareness training to relevant personnel.
