We take pride in providing quality products. Returns are only accepted if:

  • You received the wrong item,

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or

  • The item is expired upon delivery (for food items).

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or partially used food products.

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp.

  • Provide order number, product name, photo(s), and a short description of the issue.

  • Once approved, please return the product in its original packaging within 7 days.

3. Refund Options

  • Refunds will be made via your original payment method or store credit within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you prefer an exchange (same value), we will ship the replacement once the returned product is received and verified.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • We ship via trusted courier partners (SKYNET, GDEX, DHL).

  • Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days within Malaysia.
