A gentle tropical twist on the classic pineapple ball. Our Aurora Guava Pineapple Balls blend aromatic guava with naturally sweet pineapple to create a soft, fruity jam with a round, floral finish. The filling is then wrapped in pure-butter pastry that bakes to a tender, melt-in-mouth texture. Each bite is bright, tropical, and not overly sweet—just the right balance for tea time, festive jars, or premium gift boxes.
1. Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
In the event a product is out of stock after payment, we will notify you promptly to arrange for a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
1. Return Eligibility
We take pride in providing quality products. Returns are only accepted if:
You received the wrong item,
The item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or
The item is expired upon delivery (for food items).
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or partially used food products.
2. Return Procedure
Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp.
Provide order number, product name, photo(s), and a short description of the issue.
Once approved, please return the product in its original packaging within 7 days.
3. Refund Options
Refunds will be made via your original payment method or store credit within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange (same value), we will ship the replacement once the returned product is received and verified.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We ship via trusted courier partners (SKYNET, GDEX, DHL).
Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days within Malaysia.
